I dont believe so, but being said all the time it may seem to lose its meaning to the other person. love is a strong word which represents strong emotion, fitting it into every conversation might make it seem that you use it like any other word and can be taken for granted. I think it's possible to say I love you too much. It does start to lose a it's special qualities when said every 5 minutes. It's overwhelming and taken for granted. SOME PEOPLE FEEL WHEN YOU SAY IT TOO MUCH IT LOSES ITS MEANING AND THEN OTHER PEOPLE CANT HEAR IT ENOUGH. YOU'LL KNOW IF YOUR SAYING IT TOO MUCH IF ITS NOT BEING SAID BACK TO YOU IN THE SAME AMOUNT. ITS LIKE SAYING YOUR SORRY FOR DOING SOMETHING WRONG THEN TURNING AROUND AND DOING IT AGAIN. DOESNT HOLD MERIT............

Answer I think it can happen. There are many different kinds and levels of love that a person can have for someone else. So, it is possible but as you can imagine, it is not a good situation to be in with a partner. I don't think a relationship can last long term if the sexual desire is absent.
