No, not if your floor is flat. Regular pentagons do not tile the plane. You will always end up with empty space. You would need to use some other shapes too (or irregular pentagons) http://www2.spsu.edu/math/tile/defs/pentagon.htm
Not with regular pentagons because each interior angle is 108 degrees which is not a factor of 360 degrees
well.. i dont think they have one still. but in the malls there is .. for example Pentagon Mall , Ballston Mall or tyson corners ! ... if you go to the pentagon mall its in the 1 or 3 floor...if you go to ballston mall its in the second floor... or if you go to tyson corners its in the second floor! xx

You can get free copies of GIS data files for drawing counties in your state from government websites such as data.gov, state GIS portals, or county government websites. These sources often provide access to shapefiles or other GIS data formats for counties. Make sure to check the terms of use and any licensing restrictions before using the data for your particular purpose.
Yes it is possible. Imagine regular square tiles cut into four pieces. The cuts would be from one corner to the opposite corner, similar to an X. Presto!! Triangles
The Pentagon in Washington DC. Technically, it has 7 sides, the roof and floor is a side also.
