haha! yes, it is possible to train cats to do tricks. (i have). it takes a lot of patience, love, and kitty treats. :)
Yes it is definently possible to train a mean cat. It will take time and much patience to train a mean cat.
I am pretty sure you can train it. You can basically train any kind of animal.
One can teach a cat tricks by prompting a cat to do acts with a reward as a way of thanking the cat. The reward can be a special toy or a special cat treat.
You cant actually "train" your turtle like you can train a cat or a dog. But by hanging out with them often they get used to you. although i taught mine to give kisses.
My cat boomer can do several tricks. He can sit, say, shake, roll over, play dead and walk like a human does the catwalk. It's very simple to teach them these steps if you have trained a dog, you can train a cat as cats learn the same way. Cats are a little harder, though. However, it really depends on your cat's personality in how many tricks you can train. Some cats never really take to learning tricks, while others will learn quite quickly.I had one cat in the early 1990s that practically asked me to teach her tricks, she was a natural at it. It started one day when she was trying to open the kitchen cabinet where the cat food was kept, I opened the door got a can of cat food and she went in, I closed the door filled her dish with food, then after waiting several minutes I opened the door and she came out and ate. After that we spent the next couple years adding additional tricks until she knew almost 2 dozen, the best being jump through a hoop! All I had to do was pick up the hoop and hold it out at shoulder height and she would leap right through it.If you are not so fortunate as to have a cat that almost naturally learns tricks, look into a technique called "clicker training".

Not unless you want to litter box train them like a cat, which is possible.
We trained our cat by carrying it towards the litterbox and making its paws scrape up and down the litter.
You give it cat treats.Thx,WildComet on Horse Isle 1
