If you are speaking of Excel (worksheets) then its;

  1. Launch Excel and open the workbook that you want to print.
  2. Choose File | Page Setup from the menu bar to open the Page Setup dialog box.
  3. Click on the Sheet tab and then click the Options button. The Document Properties dialog box for your default printer displays.
  4. On the Layout tab, choose 2 from the Pages Per Sheet dropdown list.
  5. Click OK twice to dismiss the dialog boxes and return to your workbook.
