No. Most atheists believe it is wrong to do evil, as it is for most people. Atheists simply do not think that morality has to come from divine authority. That said, what one person believes to be good or evil may differ from the views of another person, regardless of their religious beliefs or lack thereof.
whatever you want it to be. it depends on your perspective
No. There have been evil people who were atheist, just as there have been evil people who were theists. And also plenty of good people of varying beliefs (and non-beiefs) as well. For example: I am an atheist, and I'm not evil. None of my friends are evil, and most of them are atheist as well. Though some are religious, and I know a lovely Quaker lady. Whoever told you that atheists are evil is, simply, lying to you. I wonder why they are trying to spread hatred of other human beings based only on their belief system? Now, to me, that sounds pretty evil.
I am an atheist. An atheist is someone who doesn't believe in religion. It is everyone's right to choose their own religion and not be abused for it, including those who are atheist.

The Christian perspective on the concept of the evil eye is that it is considered a superstitious belief that goes against the teachings of Christianity. In Christian beliefs, the focus is on faith in God's protection and not on the power of curses or evil gazes. Christians are encouraged to trust in God's love and protection rather than fear the influence of the evil eye.
