Difficult question to answer. Do you have responsbility for driving any company vehicles, or is your job dependent on your being able to drive? Over and above that, unless your position is secured by some kind of contract or labor agreement your employer pretty much has the right to terminate you for any reason they see fit - ESPECIALLY - in so-called 'right-to-work' states.
I hope not.
You can get a CDL. The real challenge is finding someone who'll hire you with a record like that.
Well there is OWIs and DWIs for sure...
you have a drinking problem.
Each case is different. Seek guidance from your attorney.
As a former car salesperson I can tell you that yes you can sign for someone. What you can't do is purchase the car yourself (unless you are paying cash). When financing a car the lenders require only ONE of the two people to be a licensed driver.
I believe that ALL states have a provision in their statutes for felonizing certain DWI's.
It depends on the number of DWIs that someone gets within a ten year time span. It differs from state to state, but often the third and beyond offense becomes what is called formally a "Felony DUI." Below is a link on felony DUIs.
The fan's ride gets pimped with an ignition interlock.
It depends on how many DWIs are on your record. It varies from state to state but usually your first DUI is a gross misdemeanor.
In Minnesota DWIs where the driver has a blood alcohol content (BAC) of under 0.2 (but over the limit of 0.16) are treated as misdemeanors. DWIs where the driver has a BAC of over 0.2 are treated as gross misdemeanors. A first time DWI offense could land the driver in Jail for up to 90 days.
YES! Addition to Answer: Yes, you can be charged with a DWI, but the offense is different than that of a non-minor. Below is a link about charges for minors with DWIs.
