Please do not breed your dog this young. Wait 1 more year; she will not have as much trouble birthing, raising and caring for her litter. Because of this, she'll have fast growing, healthy puppies.
If bred under 18months, she may have birthing problems, and because she is still a puppy, she could neglect her own puppies.
If you catch your dog being bred, take her to the vet with 24hours. It is possible to prevent the pregnancy.
If it is too late, care for her carefully, help her with her puppies, and then, unless she is a correct, quality dog that was simply bred accidentally, please spay her. She has already produced a litter that may be put down in animal shelters, and she may escape and/ or be bred again.
This question is a bit difficult to answer as I do not know the breed. I only breed my dogs, bullmastiffs, after the age of 2 years and know that they have passed all their health clearances such as hips & elbows OFA certified, thyroids & heart checked and eyes CERFED plus have their Championship titles on them. I never would breed a dog less than 2 years of age. I stop breeding my dogs at about the age of 5 years and no more than 2 litters. In general do not breed unless you are breeding to better the breed and your bitch is an excellent example of the breed and has passed all her health clearances required of her breed. One or 2 litters are enough and I think the age of 5 is old enough for any breed but that is JMHO. You should always spay your bitch if you are not going to use her for breeding or after you are through using her for breeding. It will help to improve her health and longevity by decreasing her chances of pyrometria (infection of the uterus), mammary tumors, other infections of the uterus, etc.
It isn't completley healthy but wont hurt her.She is not yet mature and she may reject them.the puppy's also have a risk of a desies call premutaritycolidus. It is a desies that affects a 1 year or younger dog.She is also at risk of death.
Most kennel clubs will allow you to breed a female up to the age of seven and even older for dogs, if your dog is in good health there should be no problem but like people the older the dog the less fertile they will be.
Yes, this is safe to do. The age of the dog will not matter. The vets now have the state of the art vet tools that make this procedure a breeze.
If proper care is taken then it is no more dangerous than for ordinary sized dogs
No it's not safe at all
A female dog must at least 1 years old to breed.
yes
The number of times a year a dog goes into "heat" or estrus depends on the dog as an individual. The breed of the dog has no bearing on how often a female dog goes into "heat". ON average female dogs go into Estrus or "heat" twice a year
A male dog (any breed) is a DOG. A female dog (any breed) is a bitch.
Get her fixed!
It usually doesn't happen but its possible if the female is laying down.
Female dogs "go into heat" randomly, about twice a year. You should not breed her until she is about 3 years old, and you should have her checked out by a vet before you start.
if your asking how to find a male dog for your female dog then your gonna have to wait until your female dog is in heat then automatically the male dog will be attracted to the female and they will mate
If your female is not "breeding" it could be age, species, or not her "season".
Yes as long as the larger dog is the female
if you want to breed your dog then get a female same breed as the female if you don't get a female but desex it and id say a puppy dalmation because they are interactive and it Will love you more if you take good care of it
A male dog is a Boy and a female dog is a girl. If they breed, then they could have puppies.
