aluminum pot
No, but pot metal may contain aluminum. The term pot metal names an alloy of various metals, typically of low melting point, but does not define the content or percentages. Pot metal today will be mostly zinc but will contain other metals such as lead, copper, aluminum, tin, magnesium, or others.
pot distillation is a method or a procedure through which alcohol is being obtained from a an alcoholic wort.
Anything acidic cooked in either aluminum or copper could be toxic.
Aluminum is less dense than steel, so has less mass per volume to absorb heat energy. For the same amount of heat energy put into the same volume of aluminum and steel, the aluminum will increase in temperature faster since there is less mass to heat up. This is also known as thermal inertia. Aluminum has less thermal inertia than steel.
I'm not sure what you mean by 'safe', but vinegar can etch aluminum - so I would not recommend leaving vinegar in an aluminum pot overnight.
Aluminum pot has luster
All alcohol is distilled, it is the process in which it is made. The ingredients are put into a pot or column still and heated, turning the liquid into vapour, alcohol has a lower boiling point, as the liquid is heated the alcohol turns into a vapor and is separated from the water. The more you distill the alcohol the purer the product you get.

You should make sure that the pot has cooled. Otherwise the hot pot might not be safe to put in the fridge. Otherwise the Teflon pot will not harm your fridge. Mr. Know it all I think you are completely missing the gist of the question....they want to know if its safe to store food in the teflon pot...in other words they want to make sure the teflon, or metal from the pot will not leach into the food, as it WILL with aluminum pots
The two major types of stills are the pot still & the patent still: 1. pot still - this sitll is basically made in two parts. A large rounded copper pot with a long neck, tapering near the top. The pot still is mainly used to distill scotch, whiskies, and some liqueurs and rums. 2. patent still - is generally used to distill grain whiskies.
they distill the water (basciclly boiling it) into tubes into a pot or whatever they are using to hold the water to drink from
