I would say no just to be safe, I mean it probally wont hurt you but incase. or look at it and if its not frost bitten and it looks okay then it probally is okay.
If they have been well below 20 degrees for the entire time, with no thawing, and are thoroughly cooked, yes. The texture will be terrible, though.
Probably safe, but it would taste terrible.
Better not, in case there is fishbone in the frozen.
No, it is not safe.
Most fish will remain safe to eat for up to six months. Fish that are fatty, such as salmon and tuna should keep for 2-3 months when frozen. Fish that are lean, such as cod and catfish will keep for up to 6 months when frozen. It would not be safe to eat fish that was frozen for 2 years because it would most likely be spoiled and could cause food poisoning.
If it's a deep freeze and was OK when you put it in, it would be edible even after several years.
no
no eating frozen fish is not good for you, any kind!
NO!

Safe - quite probably Tasty - probably not.
Honestly, fish isn't very safe at all to eat! People dump wastes and other toxic materials into the ocean, and the fish inhale and eat it. But the safest bet is eating the tanked fish.
absolutely nothing should be eaten that has been frozen for 10 years fish or anything else.
Microbiologically, it would be safe. Palatability is another question.
