Most people eat a drumstick or wing with their fingers. Other pieces are bigger and have more meat. You should cut the meat off the bone and eat it with a fork.

If you boil it slowly for a long time the meat will just fall off the bone easily, taking it off raw however is a hard job.
As long as the freezer has been properly maintained and the pork was safe to eat when it was frozen, it should still be safe to eat now. But it might have become rancid by now and might not taste very good.
