It is safe to eat fish during pregnancy,but you have to be extremely careful. While some types of fish are extremely good, others are quite harmful because a lot of fish contain high amounts of Mercury. It is perfectly safe to eat trout and a number of fish during pregnancy. The only thing you have to watch is the mercury levels. Trout is considered to have one of the lowest levels of mercury, and it is recommended that 2 6oz servings per week is safe. NZFS (NZ Food Safety) website will give you a guideline of what is considered safe and unsafe to eat during pregnancy.

Fried tilapia is low in mercury so it is perfectly safe to eat in moderation (no more than twice a week). You may want to consider baking the tilapia instead.
