∙ 10y agoI'm not sure it's safe to eat canned gravy that you just bought. Canned gravy has a lot of sodium and preservatives. It's not wholesome or healty in any way. However, to answer your question, the passage of a year's time does not add any additional danger to canned gray. Yes. You can eat it.
