Is it safe Concerta and Oxycontin?

We will find out shortly, 30 mg's of Adderall with about 40 mg's of oxycontin. We will justify doing this for scientific purposes. What better than drug research? Also, my friend has severe heart problems. This will be the ultimate test.

I just railed 20 mg's of oxy and about 10 mg's of medidate (like adderall) last night after reading this... It was not a desirable effect. I fealt unstable, and had bouts of cold sweats. I am still here to talk about it but I would never do it again... word to the wise- dont mix uppers and downers

Neither drug is "safe" even by itself. But, as far as the combination causing any immediate danger, I have mixed the two very many times with no problem. The Adderall seems to make the OC hit you faster and stronger but will speed it out of your system faster, especially if you dont eat on the Adderall.

i disagree. i have railed a 40mg of an oxy with 60 mg of adderall and i think its the best thing ever! first the oxy then the adderall which makes me stay high longer. i have done many "scientific" tests on this subect and think its the best combination anyone could choose!

Taking uppers and downers together is known as speedballing and is very dangerous. It is extremely hard on the heart. So unless you want to risk end up like Brittany Murphy, I wouldn't recommend it.

Sure, I've been taking Oxycontin and antidepressants for the past 10 yrs. I've switched from Effexor, to Zoloft to Lexapro to Cymbalta. No problems with mixing meds just problems with screwed up back, chronic pain and depression. No cure for any of it.

I am prescribed Ritalin, 20 mg 3X a day PLUS Oxycodone 15 mg 4X a day (+ morphine 15 mg 2X a day) and have been taking this for months.
