yes it is safe to take together. from personaly experinces but people differ but it has been proven to be safe. also as you may know hydroxyzine pamoate or hcl is a antihistimine and it has several uses such as for anxity and nasus hypnotic tranqulizer but its mainly use around 50 mg 2-3 times a day as needed for anxiity now it does potenetalize other opiate medicines so it will make it stronger beacuse of the effects so make sure you are use to the methedome does you have been taking,
