No, TurboYourPC is the latest scam just as "SpeedUpMyPC" was. SpeedUpMyPC was advertised frequently on television and late-night infomercials making the same claims that TurboYourPC does. In actuality, TurboYourPC has been found to contain infections in and of itself and is itself scamware/scareware. If you want a good commercial product to keep your machine clean, you can use Norton Security. However, Windows does have a fair set of tools built into it that can perform many of the same file cleanup routines that TurboYourPC claims it will do. Add to that fact that you will actually get a very good antivirus software on top of that with Norton Security and you are definitely much better off.
If you wish details about how you can use the tools from within Windows, drop me a line and I will be glad to assist you. I do not include such details here as they are beyond the scope of the question you have asked.
