You should NEVER use a flea and tick collar with a dog. Period. You are basically putting a ring of poison around your dogs head and exposing them constantly to harmful fumes and chemicals.
Spend the money and get them frontline.
NO, if you use cat flea medication on your dog but it's made for your cat then it may not work as well if your dog is bigger. Or your dog may have an allergic reaction. Your dog should always, always use the medication for them so they get the right dossage and you get the most out of you money. I mean you want a happy, healthy pet .......right?
No, unless the dog chews on it or swallow pieces of it.
No, the cat will not die he has licked his flea collar. The flea collar is not toxic to cats only to fleas and ticks.
A good way is to buy some flea shampoo. Or if you want a more permanent solution, buy a flea collar.

actually yes. my famliy did it once and after a few days there were NO fleas on our dogs. so ur answer is yes!
yes. But it also depends on what type of tick they get, the dogs age and how strong their immune system is. No, many dogs have ticks, just tell parents to remove them ;) Or just buy special tick collar - is it available in your country ? My dog also had immunization against fleas and ticks. ~Maite
I would not use powder. Any flea shampoo is fine, also you could use a flea collar.
no there is not
Frontline by itself should be sufficient to deal with your cat or dog's flea problem. Using a flea bath will reduce the effectiveness of the Frontline (you should only wash your dog with a gentle shampoo to maintain Frontline's protection).
