well. this is definitely a very opinionated question. but studies prove that woman are better (safer) drivers. and this can be shown by comparing insurance rates on a 18 year old male to a 18 year old female.
Older safer cars are the cheapest.
In Pennsylvania, an 18-year-old can drive as late as they want, as there are no specific restrictions on driving hours for drivers of that age.
Technically, yes - you can get a CDL with an intrastate-only restriction at 18. However, companies hiring drivers for log trucks are going to want experienced drivers, and many insurance companies won't insure and 18 year-old, or will do so only at a ridiculous rate.
No. He has to have auto insurance to keep driving.
A provisional license is for someone under 18. 18 or older you get a "basice drivers license".
Eighteen (18) years old.
18
The passenger has to be 21 years old ("fully legal").
In my opinion, it should be raised to 18 because a lot of crashes and fatalities happen because of some 17 year old drivers driving un-safely. But I know that a lot of 17 year old drivers are very responsible! So don't think that i think ALL 17 year old drivers drive irresponsibly!
As long as you have a valid drivers license and not a learners permit yes.
In Georgia, a 16-year-old who has a Class D driver's license can drive with an 18-year-old as a passenger. However, there are restrictions for drivers under 18; they cannot have more than one passenger under 21 who is not a family member for the first six months after obtaining their license. It's important for the 16-year-old to follow these rules to ensure compliance with state laws.
