I took dance lesson from when I was a toddler till I was in about second or third grade. Im now in midde school and Im about to start again. I would prepare for a dance lesson by eating a small, fairly healthy snack and definitely stretching your core and leg muscles. Also drink water before, during, and after dance or any sport.
Of the two, briefs would be better, but the ideal undergarment for a male dancer is a dance belt.
