- There is a very small percentage of people who refuse or cannot move on from their true love. However, most people in time do move on. It would be wise of you to start getting out with friends and start dating again. Sometimes fate steps in and even though a person does not always like what is happening to them and is going down a bumpy road in life fate can dictate why you are going down that bumpy road and onto a smoother happier road where you will meet up with the person you truly should be with. Try getting out with those friends and not sit around and mope over the person you love and if fate has it, your true love may even come into your life in the future, but keep going and consider this time of your life as an adventure with prospects of true love.
