It is true. If they smell food at the end of a maze they will tend to go fast to get to the end. But they don't go as fast as light.
Shrews run faster than mice
They don't they have someone do it for them.
Well i dont kno how fast they would run in a maze, but mice arent really fast. The typical house mouse you probably see in your home only run were they pee, so basically they follow there urine, so if u take a mouse and put it in a empty parking lt its not fast, i would call it swift.
Mouses are small creatures but they are very fast, if they see their enemy close behind then they run as fast as they could.
They run mazes.
3 blind mice, see how they run
Yes, of course. This has been proven many times over, fortunately or unfortunately, in laboratory experiments. Some of the most famous of these involved "teaching" mice to run mazes. In my opinion, when this was done by reward system, it was not inhumane. Using a punishment system, it was. Either way, mice can learn, and their learning processes do, indeed, and to a great extent, involve memory. Lab mice and white mice, by the way, are identical. They derive as a species from the house mouse, families of which may live in your walls.
"Three blind mice, see how they run", which is a line from a children's song.
Yes, mice are capable of learning through various means such as associative learning, spatial learning, and social learning. They can be trained to perform specific tasks and can also demonstrate behaviors influenced by past experiences and environmental cues.
Field mice usually run at 8 mph but can exceed to 15 mph top speed. Sources: Rodent Velocity Expert
