no. the # of launches is actually the # of real weeks since the start of the game. (launch one = week one, not a weeks worth of playing)
Alright, people may tell you that you can ride the rocket in Emerald Version after you beat the elite 4 but that is a lie I've tried it before and it doesn't work. This doesn't work in all the Pokemon games:(
a guy will tell you that 50 or 100 successful rocket launches the guy will ask you if you want to ride a rocket say yes you will get launched to the moon go up and theres dioxes
You will need to beat the elite four to have access to it, then you can ride the ferry there.
You can ride up it using the Mach bike.

to catch doexys in emerald you can't have your raquaza, groudon, or kyogre in your pokedex or else it won't show up.go the space center in mossdeep city and talk to the man looking out the window. once he says that they've sucessfully lanched rocket 371, hop on and take a ride up into space.doexys is only level 35 so all you need is level 40's with a recommended move "false swipe".doexys is still super rare so it may take a while just to find it.
No, you have to walk/ride with your bike a certain amount of steps.
Marvin the Martian's Rocket Ride ended in 2010.

You ride the cable car on route 112 and then move south there you will find the jagged pass.
After you beat the champion in Pokemon Emerald, you can ride the ferry. Unlike in the Ruby and Sapphire versions, in Emerald you can travel to something called the "Battle Frontier." I don't want to give any spoilers for those who haven't finished the game, so all I will say is that it is worth the wait! Also, you can continue catching the legendary Pokemon and other Pokemon.
run/ride around quickly. Once you've taken a particular amount of steps, the egg will hatch
