A reasonable explanation why Hitler committed suicide is that he figured people weren't happy with him and were after him. As for those who think Hitler is still alive, he couldn't possibly be. Even if he didn't die when we thought he did, he would be dead from old-age most likely by now. There is a rumour that he died holding a picture of his mum (he loved her a lot apparently, and a lot more than his father)
