A form of "dislike" button is being worked on by Facebook. However many people are misinterpreting the reasoning behind it. It is more of an empathy button than a dislike button.

you can Deactivate your facebook by going to account (top, by profile button), then account settings and at the bottom there should be "Deactivate Account" button

The Facebook can delete her/him from facebook if he/she has been reported few times. You can remove a friend from your friends list by going to a friend's page and at bottom left corner there's a Remove button.

Yes you can. But you have to import your facebook information. You do this buy going into your Pandora account info, under privacy you will see allow facebook import. There is a button there to import now.
