well , when you log onto club penguin theres is no definite place that you will find him. First, you need to make sure his ship 'the migrator' is at the beach. he logs onto different servers and can sometimes be on more than 1. login to servers with 5 bars, and hang around the cove, iceberg, beach, forest and in his ship. if you dont find him dont stress. even if you dont try looking for him you still have a chace of meeting him. if you see a room is full, keep trying to get back into it, and also if you see a random group of penguins rushing into another room follow them. good luck!
