You drink milk, not eat it, and the only extremely unlikely thing that could happen with any cold liquid would be if you drank a lot of it very fast and the cold going past your heart as you swallowed shocking the heart and causing a problem. You would have to have problems with the heart before this and it would be extremely, almost impossibly unlikely.
