Low? Compared to what?
Poor? Compared to what?
Compared to air, water is a much much better coolant. Compared to other materials, it stinks. It really depends what you are using it for. What is the temperature of the object that needs cooling? How is the coolant itself being cooled and circulated?
The specific heat is one key consideration that goes into a coolant, but not the only one. Yes, the higher the specific heat, the more a material can remove heat from another object without its own temperature going up.
It's possible for a solid to have the same specific gravity as a liquid. In general, though, no. Solid and liquid forms of the same substance almost always have different specific gravities (and most often the liquid is less dense; water is one of the few where the liquid is more dense).
steam hits a cold surface makes a liquid. also known as condensation
it makes the coastal weather milder.
Plastic Rock is a rock that behaves something between a liquid and a solid, due to the amount of water in between the molecules.Water in between the molecules of the rock, makes it a somewhat liquid. When any pressure or push on the rock makes the water leave from the molecules, and makes it harder for the molecules to behave like a liquid, so, the rock becomes a solid.Information found from Exploring Creation with Physical Science by Dr. Jay L. Wile.
Chilling involves bringing something to a temperature that makes it colder, but does not turn it into a solid. Freezing, however, does turn the liquid into a solid. When a liquid is chilled, it is on its way to becoming frozen. For example, liquid water freezes at 32 degrees Fahrenheit example: freeze water (ice) floats above chilled water
Your first statement is false, water actually has a high specific heat and therefore is a good coolant.
D. low freezing point
Antifreeze, or engine coolant, is a liquid used to transport heat away from an engine. Antifreeze is mixed with water to lower the freezing point of the liquid to protect components in cold temperatures.
Water is used as coolant in car radiators because it has high specific heat capacity of 4200 Joules. It has the highest specific heat capacity than any other substance. That is why it is used as coolant in car radiators

The best reason to use water as a coolant is because is because it has a high specific heat capacity. However, you can add a mix of antifreeze with your water.
This is the determination of the specific density (the ratio liquid density/water density).
