Think of her as your daughter. So they have been a couple for 3 days but have they known each other longer? If they have just known each other for 3 days I would say no. At that age they can break up and the vacation will not be fun. Kids are fickle at that age. If they have been friends for a longer time I would say yes unless it will just be the 2 of them or just them and other kids.
