I wouldn't exactly say that I'm starving myself. I may not eat for up to 3 days then I would eat an extremely large meal. Then I would not eat for several more days. I never actually find myself hungry, but rather I get "cravings" to taste food. I work full time at a "physical" job and I would do alot of walking and cycling. At the beginning of last month, I weighed 12 1/2 stone. It dropped by almost a stone in the first week (I was also slightly sick and vomiting) and has been steadily dropping since then. I am currently hovering around the 9 1/2 stone mark. I'm a 5'11" 18year old male. Have I lost too much too fast? And will this "diet" hurt me?
I'm pretty sure that's its unhealthy to not eat for a day or two. Your body needs food.

It would really depend how often you have two days of unhealthy eating, e.g if for a week you eat unhealthy for two out of seven days every single week, then yes It could. but if say you eat unhealthily for two days of every one - two months then the damage would be minimal if evident at all.
