start by being her friend and then when you have been friends for a while and you really get to know a person. Ask for her phone number. that is what my boyfriend did to me. once you get her number text her and say that you need to talk about something. tell her that you are intrested in being more than friends. Then she will grow closer to you and will thuink that you are sweet and wants you to be her boyfriend. Then after you have been dating for 1 or 2 months, kiss her on the cheek, or maybe even the lips. this will turn her on and you will be her official boyfriend.
