It's not wrong. My sister is only a year older and she and I play the sims games all the time! So there's nothing wrong with that.

No, it is not wrong. I played The Sims when I was younger than that. If you are referring to the M rating, the content is appropriate. Isn't the rating T13 in America or something? So it should not be 'wrong' for a thirteen year old to play it if you are legally allowed to. What is so 'wrong' about it anyway?
