The factual determination would be the age of the younger person, the circumstances in which the incident occurred, and so forth. It is not the business of non involved person's to pass judgment on actions that are undertaken by consenting adults and are not illegal nor affect the general public. the only things i see wrong here are if a. the woman is married or has a bf or b. you are not at the age of consent. other than that, i dont see why not as long as you both agree. hope that helps
