No. The spelling "its" (no apostrophe) is a possessive adjective. It is the possessive form of the pronoun "it" and means of or belonging to "it." E.g. The dog took its naps inside its doghouse.

The spelling it's (with an apostrophe) is a contraction for the pronoun/linking verb pair, "it is."

E.g. It's raining meaning it is raining.
