Bargain brand.
Are you looking for an actual scope, or a combat optic? If it's the latter, then the ELCAN C79 would suit you... but it would suit you for a cost. I recently sold a used one for $800.
Best left to a good gunsmith.
AimPoint, EOTech, Trijicon ACOG.
400-500; good enough
It all depends on what you are doing.
Yes. See a good gunsmith
Your Winchester model 25 rifle will take any size scope that you see fit to use as long as the rifle is drilled and tapped for scope use.If your rifle comes with a 3/8in.milled receiver rail then you must use that size scope ring bases.I recommend that a good 4X power scope is all that is needed for the effective range of .22cal rimfire ammo.
You need a good gunsmith
with a decent scope and strap, from 600 to 700 if condition is good. 400 to 500 for rifle only.
25-250 usd
Burris is a decent brand, and the 3-9 variable is a popular hunting scope. the 32 mm front lens will not be as bright as a comparable 40 mm, but for hunting the smaller scope will be more compact.
There is no way of knowing without you providing the Model of Browning rifle that you own,its caliber, and a good description of your rifles overall condition.
