No, but there is an element, an inert- but radioactive gas, and it is used in making Cold Flares. Kryptonite seems to be patterned- for looks- from carnotite. in the story line White K or White Kryptonite which is an absolute defoliant- it saved Superman once from the skin plague of Krypton!- appears to be a take-off on White Phosphorous, not to burn things up! ( pun intended) White P is a powerful and unstable incendiary.
