If you mean the last supper in The Bible, then it depends on what religion you are. For example, I'm a person who is a Christian and is gospel. So, I believe it is true and it is a historical event in my religion. But if you have another religion, like atheists or muslim or any type of other religions(not including any other types of Christian branches) don't believe in Jesus so you can say they think that the last supper is a fairy tale.
