Magma is not plasma since plasma is neither solid ,liquid or gas while magma is always solid when cool and liquid when hot.

As you go deeper into earth away from the sun you get warmer not cooler why is earth interior hot?

Because the core of the earth is liquid plasma which is hotter then lava I believe.
