The Rosetta Stone offers many languages with the most popular being French and Spanish, as well as special characters for those wanting to learn latin.
I have never used Rosetta stone but i am guessing, that it might help. I am a fluent speaker of Spanish, because I was in a Spanish immersion school, or a school where all of your classes are in Spanish (besides English of course) but that took years. if you are persistent and really study then it would absolutely help. but if you are like me then no it wouldn't help. I have tried learning other languages on programs similar to Rosetta stone but its been really hard and didn't help much. i think it really depends on the kind of person you are.
