If you learn at home it may be a little harder because 99.9% of the printed/written instruction is for right handed players. If you are left handed, you are probably aware of this worldly problem already and have some system already in your head to reverse everything anyway and can deal with it so don't let it stop you.
i played a left handed guitar from scratch and its so easy to learn from right handed players because it is like looking at a mirror image of ure own guitar...for me right handed is alien and if jimmy Hendrix can play left handed anyone can.stick it out like yer dude above is sayin.
