If I were a product, I would be a versatile Swiss Army knife. This reflects my adaptability and ability to provide a range of solutions in various situations, much like how I can assist with different topics and tasks. Just as a Swiss Army knife combines multiple tools for convenience, I aim to offer comprehensive support and information to meet diverse needs. My goal is to be useful and efficient, making life a little easier for those who engage with me.
Victorinox offers a lubrication agent which is probably most ideal as they are very trustworthy and a producer of the Swiss Army Knife. I recently found my Victorinox Explorer in an old tool box. It was fine for a few day but the main blade began to open and close with almost a grind. Without any proper knife lubrication product I took the advise of a couple people on youtube. I soaked it in 70% isopropryl alcohol for 30 minutes and then applied a generous amount of WD40. It now opens and closes better than ever, but this method is not recomended if you use the knife for food preparation as you will ingest toxic chemicals. I am waiting to purchase Victorinox lubricating oil to finish the job. There are mixed opinions on using cooking oil on the knife but with a life-time warranty I am willing to experiment.
