Morality is to some degree subjective. For what it's worth, in Western culture, University/College life is looked at as an in between time where it's typical for young adults to experiment with different lifestyles (I don't just mean sexually). So for most people, the answer is probably: no it's not immoral, it's just another part of growing up.
However, if you're really religious or something you may not drink, or engage in premarital sex or whatever. No one in University is going to force you too..like I said, morality is to some degree subjective.
Also, don't forget University is primarily about obtaining a rich education. In that sense, it's certainly not immoral.
