Yes, nitrogen can be liquified. It's a vey common process in fact. That is how it is transported. It is pressurized and stored in an insulated dewar. Finally, due to the Earth's formation by the congregation of elements from a long-passed supernova explosion, a number of essential heavy elements, such as carbon, iron, etc. had become trapped in the lithosphere as they settled in the Earth's upper layers as it cooled. It is these elements that allow and comprise much of what exists on the surface today.

Well, first of all that isn't a question. Second of all, When subjected to high temperature and pressure, such as the earth, the center of the earth is solid. as you progress outward, it becomes more liquidy.
Graphite has its own atomic structure of its basic carbon atoms. Subjecting it to very high temperature and pressure would not change its structure. Carbon, when subjected to very high temperature and pressure can be crystallized into diamond structures.
