Well, evil is such a relative word. It all depends on which point view you're looking from.
I mean, in one way he's trying to make peace... in his own twisted way. Also, he's had a quite hard life filled with bitterness. But what makes someone evil, their actions?
If my clan dissed my I'd get pissed, too, btw. But yeah, his like one of the main antagonists of the serie now, so from the protagonists point of view, he's evil.
