I am not clear on either faiths beliefs, but I would say it does not matter. If two people love each-other then it does not matter what they worship, just as long as they don't let the difference get in the way of their feelings. :)
Yes. There isn't anything that says one cannot marry someone of another denomination. They are both Christian, so a marriage would not be affected by other religious beliefs.
Protestantism is a general category used to describe several Christian religious traditions including Methodists, Presbyterians, Lutherans, and others. Lutheranism is a religious tradition based on the teachings of its founder Martin Luther.
Presbyterians are a subset of Protestants, so they are Protestants. Not all Protestants are Presbyterians, however.
Catholics are part of the Roman Catholic Church while Presbyterians are part of the Reformed Protestant tradition. Catholics believe in the authority of the Pope and sacraments while Presbyterians follow a Presbyterian form of government with elected elders. Additionally, Catholics have a strong emphasis on tradition and liturgical worship, whereas Presbyterians typically have a simpler worship style.
It isn't not allowed it would just be awkward. In many jurisdictions, marriage between cousins, in some places even between First Cousins, is permitted.
Marriage is allowed since 18 years. People between 16 and 17 can be married after court allowance in some cases.
The theological differences between different denominations is great... the meaning probably can be said to be the same. The Eucharist is believed to be the Body of Christ. Theologically the means whereby this comes about is: Catholics believe in transubstantiation Lutherans: consubstantiation Episcopals "transignification"; Calvin... a mystery. For all: "The Body of Christ"
Lutherans are Christians, they're just one denomination among many which have developed over the years.
Lutherans began as followers of Martin Luther, a German who broke away from the Roman Catholic church in the 16th Century. Presbyterians got started with John Calvin in Scotland in the 18th Century. Luther's and Calvin's views would likely be the same on some topics, different on others. But the above is a bare-bones beginning. Don't expect your report to come out of answers from random strangers. Read about Luther, read about Calvin, and think about what differences and similarities there are. You can find more information by computer at wikipedia, or in oldl-fashioned encyclopedias and other books at the library.

There are many differences. The two biggest differences are in the sacraments of Communion and Baptism. Churches such as Methodists, Lutherans, Episcopalians, and Presbyterians baptize infants and receive communion anywhere from once a month to every Sunday. Other denominations such as Baptists, Nazarenes, and other Evangelicals, receive communion less often and only baptize older children and adults.
