i think it is really better because of some issues:
1-the exploration with the mako
2-the sensation of unknown in every planet we board
3-the way the story goes on
4-the menu's
5-sensation OS leveling up,so you really see how stronger your character becames as the story happens.
6-is possible to use grenades
7-the astronaut suit have the cable to sheppard breed's.(in me2 there is none)hehe
surely the mass effect 2 has it's qualities but overall they are always focused on graphics and sound.i dare to say this isn't enough.as a game mass effect 1 is much better.
