We use dark matter to explain the missing matter in the universe, for example you study the stars and you see they move but you can't see what gravitational pull is pulling it. We don't know what actually is it, how is it. This Means This Cannot Be Answered Yet.

not all. the three states of matter are solid, liquid, or gas. not all matter can exist in all three states though. Some matter are non newtonian fluids. Non newtonian fluids flow but solidify if force is applyed

Yes, there is since water is matter and is liquid. An example of solid matter is ice. Solid objects are matter. Nearly everything is matter.

========================

If you are asking about a substance that behaves as both a solid and a liquid, there are examples. There are, for example, viscoelastic materials, which behave as elastic solids over short periods of time and viscous liquids over longer periods. An example would be Earth's asthenosphere, part of the upper mantle, which is generally considered a solid, but actually flows over the course of millions of years. There are also non-Newtonian fluids, which flow as liquids but take on solid-like properties under stress. Examples include a water/cornstarch mixture (oobleck) and debris flows.
