Yes. Human kind has depended on meat since forever. That's we we have the teeth of omnivores. Our bodies are made to eat meat AND vegetables. It provides you a lot of stuff you need. ALTHOUGH too much meat can be bad for you because of cholesterol and fat. You should eat chicken and turkey more often and beef is okay occasionally.
