Yes and no because the prices are a really good deal for cute items and are great for gifts. The products are extremely cute however some peoples squishies' packages get lost in mail etc. and they do not respond to emails for a while. but if you do run into problems just go to their fb page. Overall yes it is a great place and a very good price compared to Mykawaiitown etc. Hope this helped :)
