In my opinion, it has to be Guitar Hero: Metallica. I say this not only because I'm a hardcore Metallica fan (although that is a big reason ^.^), but I say this because each instrument for each song is extremely fun to play. Awesome bass parts, the best solos and insane drum tracks.
