Yes there is going to be another Zelda game called "the legend of Zelda midna's return" I think they made another game with her in it because everyone likes her.

Midna was Link's helper and guide throughout most of The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess (except for the very beginning), and is also Princess of the Twilight Realm. Zant (Ganondorf's servant) had turned her into an imp, and so to get back at Zant (and eventually, Ganondorf for destroying most of her tribe), Midna (in her floating imp form) had decided to help Link in The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess, because she knew that Link had the potential to help her tribe, and help her become Princess of the Twilight Realm again.
