What you are referring to is a phenomenon called mirror writing. It is not dyslexia at all but it could be a form of dysgraphia.

Delays in speech,backwards writing (mirror writing) ,easily distracted,a difficulty segmenting words into individual sounds, or blending sounds to make words,Bad spelling,omitting or adding letters when reading,and summarizing and reading out loud ..........
